ASCE’s longstanding specialty conference on pavement engineering, co-located with ASCE’s flagship conference in transportation and development for an invaluable experience of two conferences in one.

The ASCE Transportation & Development Institute (T&DI) is pleased to announce the co-location of the International Airfield & Highway Pavements Conference (Pavements 2025) and the International Conference on Transportation and Development (ICTD 2025) in Glendale, Arizona, from June 8–11, 2025. These conferences are being held in partnership with the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) and will include featured sessions organized by ADOT as part of the program.

This unique international conference collaboration will provide an exclusive opportunity to network, interact, and exchange information with worldwide leaders in the fields of transportation & development and highway and airfield pavements. It will bring together transportation systems and infrastructure practitioners and researchers, operation managers, project/construction managers, academics, and transportation & development practitioners, consultants, and contractors from around the world.
