The ASCE Transportation & Development Institute (T&DI) is pleased to announce the co-location of the International Conference on Transportation and Development (ICTD 2025) and the International Airfield & Highway Pavements Conference (Pavements 2025) in Phoenix, Arizona, June 8-11, 2025. These conferences are being held in partnership with the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) and will include featured sessions organized by ADOT as part of the program.

Sponsorship deadlines & important dates
Sponsors and exhibitors should note these important dates:
- January 31, 2025 – Early bird pricing deadline (exhibitors only), payment must be received in full to receive a discount.
- May 15, 2025– Exhibitor and sponsor registration forms due.
- May 15, 2025 – All payments must be received by this date to guarantee booth space, plus the company description (25 words), website, and logo must be received to be included in the conference app.
- June 8, 2025 – ICTD & Pavements 2025 begins.
