Registration

What is the deadline to register for the ICTD-Pavements 2023 conference?
The early bird registration deadline is April 26, 2023, and the Advance registration deadline is May 23, 2023. After May 23, the onsite registration rate applies. Full registration details can be found on the Registration page, which will be published soon.

Do I have to register in advance?
Registration in advance is recommended. Full registration information can be found on the Registration page, which will be published soon.

What does my full access registration fee include?

  • 3 Days of Conference Education
  • Access to the Exhibit Hall
  • Welcome Reception
  • Light Continental Breakfast on Thursday, Friday & Saturday
  • Lunch on Thursday and Friday
  • Conference Proceedings

Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
A confirmation will be emailed to all Early Bird and Advance registrants within 5 business days of registering for the conference. Find full registration confirmation details on the Registration page.

Will I be refunded if I have to cancel my registration?
All cancellations are subject to a $65 administrative fee. Full cancellation and refund details including deadlines can be found on the Registration page.

Can I transfer my registration to another member of my department/staff?
Yes, registration may be transferred to another person in your organization by written request to the ASCE prior to Friday, June 9, 2023. After June 9, all changes must be made onsite.

When does onsite registration open for checking in?
Onsite registration for attendees opens on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at 8:00 am

What hotels have been reserved? What are the rates?

Can I make my hotel reservations now?
The Hotel room block will open in conjunction with registration. Do not call the hotel directly to make reservations as you will not receive the preferred group rate. Complete hotel information including rates and cut off dates can be found on the Hotel page.

How do I make hotel reservations or a room block?
Hotel reservations can be made once ICTD-Pavements 2023 registration is complete. Full information is available on the Hotel page.

I have been contacted by a company trying to get me to book hotel rooms—is this legitimate?
We have received reports that companies are posing as the official housing vendor for ICTD-Pavements 2023 and may contact you offering housing for your trip. They are not endorsed by or affiliated with the ASCE and entering into financial agreements with such companies can have costly consequences.

A hotel poacher/pirate is any unaffiliated hotel or third-party housing company that acts as an official housing company and solicits business from ICTD-Pavements 2023 participants. When individuals book hotel accommodations through poachers or pirates the consequences can be costly; event participants may be left without hotel rooms when they arrive at the event and incur fraudulent charges on their credit cards.

I'm a member of the press, do you have press registration?
ICTD-Pavements 2023 is a private event and the ASCE reserves the right to request (additional) credentials from any member of the media wishing to attend. Please send all press requests to Leanne Shroeder.

Where will the conference be held?

Will transportation be provided during the conference?
All conference programming will be at the Austin Hilton and therefore there is no need for transportation. Tours that are not within walking distance will have transportation provided. Public transportation information can be found on the Hotel & travel page.

I am a presenter for ICTD-Pavements 2023 , where can I go to find information?
ICTD-Pavements 2023 presenters should log in to the Cadmium Conference Harvester to find the latest information regarding their presentation. If additional information and a link to the Cadmium Conference Harvester visit the For speakers page or email Leanne Shroeder.

What are the exhibit hall hours?
The exhibit hall hours are:

  • Thursday, June 2, 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
  • Friday, June 15, 7:30 am – 6:00 pm

Does ICTD-Pavements 2023 have a conference app?
The ICTD-Pavements 2023 conference app will launch in May 2023.

Where can I find session information?
Session information can be found in the full schedule here.

Will internet be available during the conference?
Wi-Fi will be available during the conference. Login & password information will be available onsite. Internet is also available complimentary in all guest rooms.

Will I receive credit for the sessions I attend?

Yes, you will receive PDH credits for attending sessions at ICTD-Pavements 2023. Total PDH credits are subject to review by ASCE Continuing Education and will be posted in April 2023. You will receive an email notification a week after the conference alerting you to access your MyLearning account and upload the total number of PDHs you earned.
